Launched in June 2025, Stay Ukiyo was born to close the trust gap in luxury rentals. With too many misleading or fake villa listings, over-edited photos, and unclear details, both guests and hosts were losing out. We’re here to change that by curating only Ukiyo verified villas that deliver on their promise.
Led under the expertise of Shubham Pille, a hospitality professional with experience in villa onboarding, revenue management and real estate sales. His personal network of working with HNIs, celebrities and other high-profile clients makes him a trusted voice in the luxury rental industry. Honored with multiple awards, including Rising Star from The Brand Story and Exceptional Travel Partner from StayVista, his focus for Stay Ukiyo is to expand among the biggest portfolio of alternate stays in India.
Besides this, he is also helming Ukiyo Solutions, a complete digital brand management company for the real estate domain.

We look at the big things and the small: the approach road, the surrounding neighborhood, the upkeep of the pool, the taste and hygiene of the food arrangements, the warmth of the staff, and the overall vibe of the home. We’ve visited and verified more than 700 properties across India. Each one has been carefully evaluated for their aesthetics and their honesty.

Also, if you guys do plan to get in touch with them I would suggest asking for a guy named Noah to assist you guys.
