Stay Ukiyo is an online aggregator platform for alternative stays: villas, chalets or luxury apartments across India.

How do you choose the properties that you list on your website?

We select only premium stays from luxury vacation rentals. All the properties are Ukiyo verified, meaning personally vetted by our hospitality experts.

How do I make a booking with Stay Ukiyo?

Just send us a DM on our Instagram. You will be assigned a sales expert, who will give you the best options based on your dates and preferences. We will add you on a WhatsApp group to guide you at every step of the way.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Once you make a payment, we will send you a final confirmation over email. Our team will also inform you over WhatsApp.

Can I pay directly at the property?

No, unfortunately we do not have the option of paying at property because, we need to make necessary arrangements for reservations. We request full payments before you check-in.

Are there any restrictions on your properties?

Every villa or apartment, depending on the location and amenities, has certain house rules. Our sales team will ensure everything is communicated at the time of booking.

Do you have pet-friendly properties?

Yes, we do have pet-friendly villas and apartments listed across India on our website. Please share your preferences well in advance so we can help comfort you and your fur buddies.

Do you have senior citizen-friendly homes or for guests with physical disabilities?

Stay Ukiyo has a lot of options in senior citizen-friendly properties. These are homes with at least one room on the ground level. We are working towards making all our properties suitable for guests with physical disabilities. For any specific questions, do clarify with the sales person.

What payment methods are available? Can I make cash payments?

No Stay Ukiyo does not prefer cash payments. We accept payments in Credit Card, Debit Card, Payment wallets and Bank Transfer.

Once your holiday is booked, a guest relations team member will be in touch with you between . They can help you with local recommendations, cab assistance, special arrangements or any other additional services you require during your stay.

We request you to specify the number of guests while you book. For any additional guests, we can arrange for extra mattresses and make food arrangements at an additional cost.

Can I make partial payments?

Yes, we do have an option of partial payments but due to our terms with the villa companies, they are not liable for refunds. Thus, we request all guests to confirm bookings with a full payment.

If for any reason, you’re unable to make it to your holiday, please inform our sales person at the earliest. Depending on how many days prior to your stay, we can make the refund process.
